Is it too late to do a Loki piece?
Like many others, I really enjoyed the Loki series on Disney Plus and wanted to do my own variant.
Instead of doing a character design from the show, I chose Lady Loki from the comics, for a number of reasons, but mostly because that fit the most with my style.
This piece was started a week earlier and due to a number of things I just never had the time to really dig into it. That’s highly unusual for me to work on a piece for an hour at a time. I usually do the whole thing in a marathon session.
I got about halfway through this and was about to abandon it, but figured a few things out and brought it home.
One thing I’ve learned recently is that being an artist is very much about problem-solving (unless you draw the same damn thing all the time) and if you can hang in there and keep solving problems that you’ll grow as an artist.
So, here’s my latest solved-problem.
I hope you like how it turned out!
