Dominatrix and Slave Dungeon Photos by Photographer Dirk Hooper

This set titled “Danse” was taken in a public dungeon in Kansas City. In this set is professional dominatrix Princess Zoe and fetish model Miranda.

Shibari artist David Masters invited me to the MRP Gallery in Kansas City, to do a day-long series of shoots with four models, two rope bondage experts (David Masters and Manator) and me doing the photography.

What really separated out this shoot was the inclusion of the submissive model in this set named Miranda. She answered an ad where I asked for a model to meet me in Kansas City for a bondage shoot. And, as you can see, she was spectacular.

I’ve worked with Princess Zoe for over half a decade and she’s a great friend, so this set quickly became a slam dunk with her participation. Miranda was new to this genre and Princess Zoe did a wonderful job of making her feel comfortable and coaching her through the photos.

What was really magic was how well these two models worked together. There was a crowd of club members and Shibari artists on the set and everyone knew we were getting great shots.

The hardest part of working this set was deciding which photos to use. This is just one of those shoots that yields a lot of great content.

Photos from this set were featured in several articles, a poster and at my Candychrome solo-show that was at the same gallery where I shot the photos!
